In each episode, I invite English teachers from around the world. I’ll teach them some interesting Chinese expressions, and in return, they’ll teach me their native languages — it could be Persian, Filipino, Turkish, or even some slang you’ve never heard before. From those words, we’ll naturally expand our conversations into different topics. Most of the time, our talks are lighthearted and random, but sometimes, when we touch on culture or life, unexpected moments of deep reflection emerge. Our goal is to let you feel the purity, the borderless and distance-free connection that language can bring — as if we’re right there beside you, just chilling and chatting together.
